4 chicken breasts, pounded
Johnny's seasoning salt
2 eggs, scrambled in a bowl
Flour in a separate bowl
Panko crumbs, also in a separate bowl
1. Pound chicken breasts until 1 inch thickness.
2. Season both sides with spices above.
3. Dip seasoned chicken in flour, then egg, and Panko. Make sure it is all covered!
4. Let sit for 20 minutes so breading can dry and form.
5. Fry both sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
