3 cups shell pasta
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion (green or red)
2 tbs grated carrots
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped.
1. Boil Pasta with salted water
2. While pasta is boiling, Mix remaining ingredients with a whisk.
3. Rinse pasta with cold water and mix with dressing.
4. Chill for four hours, or overnight.
