Halo semua! Apa Kabar?
Day 2 of our hawaii trip consisted of visiting the pearl harbor, dole plantation, and finally the Polynesian Cultural Center. It was a very busy but eventful day for us! I Pearl harbor was definitely a very educational experience and i'm so glad we got to visit on our trip here. It's very saddening to think about all the lives lost, but you see how it healed and we realize that God heals all. We can look back to that day and remember the lost ones. It was bittersweet, but such a beautiful place to teach us the history of the attack on the pearl harbor. I tried to include all the things on the video, although it was a little hard to edit, especially the music... because i wanted to be respectful given the event that happened. I think i did okay! Hopefully..
After that we went to the Dole Plantation, man was the ice cream good. In fact, i really want some right now but that's not going to happen. We got our kids some souvenirs from this place, which included a tanned hawaiian hello kitty! Supeeeer cute!!!!!!! Lastly, our last event for the day was the Polynesian Cultural Center. Can I just say that this was my FAVORITE place of all? Oh my gosh, it was so fun to watch all the different cultures showings. I love history, and i love learning about different things. For one, i had no idea polynesian meant a whole bunch of different cultures in the islands inside the "triangular" area were Polynesians. Call me dumb, i just didn't know that. I mean you live and you learn right? My favorites were the Aotearoa and Tonga. They were SO entertaining, so in your face, and i just love the different dances that they do. I literally included everything in this video, hence the 15 minute length, but let me tell you right now... You'll enjoy it, so just please go and watch and goodbye.
