What a wonderful time it is when we vacation with our children. It's joy, its wonder, and it's magic! On our second Disneyland visit, we hopped on over to California Adventure to have a what seemed to be a more relaxed Disney visit. Speaking of visits, we found Mickey! Since we were super prepared with our Autograph books, the kids was able to receive a few autographs from their favorite Disney characters! I have to say though, Mimi only wanted a picture with Minnie Mouse. If it's not Minnie Mouse, there will be a frown! Ha!
Disneyland is definitely a must during our Road Trip To California spring break! We have planned for two days of Disney magical fun. Both my husband and I have not been here since we were youngens, so this was a new and fun experience for all of us! We also believed that our kids are the perfect age to enjoy most attractions in exception of Mimi who might be a bit short.
We had a cute little visitor today and we had quite a bit of fun! My nephew is the sweetest little baby in the world. When I say baby, I mean toddler because time just wants to move too fast that I forget he's not under one year old anymore! I love learning his new foods, activities, and silliness. He is walking like a pro now which I had to get used to because man, he is fast! Not only that, but he is also a little monkey who wanted to climb everywhere. Luckily soon after, he was really interested in these wooden letters by Melissa & Doug. Mimi brought along her wooden letters and the two kiddos played and learned just nicely!
I have a few months before my baby goes to preschool and these mornings will be so limited... so kisses, my love, until you leave mama. Our afternoon walk was so very refreshing, especially after a busy morning of birthday party preparing. This brisk walk definitely put a seat back on a racing mind of needing to finish what needs to be done! With that said, I'm totally going to miss these times when my baby goes to full day school.
The most fun thing as a mom with not one, but two daughters... is the ability to dress up together! I love matching with my daughters as often as I can because I know this won't last forever. Our styles are very similar, but at times preferences over shoes can differ. For example, if I could wear slippers all my life, I WOULD... but sadly, there is a winter season. My oldest loves boots to no end while my youngest prefers shoes that has pink and cute faces on them.
There would be no spring time without bunnies! Each season has its own special things about them. Winter has its snowman, fall has its pumpkins, and summer has its meh..bees, but springtime is the time for bunnies to come out and play! With Easter coming soon to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, there are also egg hunts for all the kids. I'm here to share some unique outfits plus this super cute affordable tote bag to store all the eggs!
During our Spring break trip... you know, between all the Disneyland hopping, Legoland exploring, and all the sightseeing, we were able to visit the beach at least once. Okay, so it WASN'T swimsuit and tanning friendly type of beach day but we totally made the most of it. Luckily, there was a playground for our kiddos to enjoy. I love how the Seal Beach has so many climbing type of play structures because my children love, love, LOVE to climb.
LET'S BE FRIENDS!
