TAKE CARE OF YOUR OWN COMFORT WITH PACKING SOME BAMBOO SOCKS DURING YOUR TRAVEL! THANKS TO MD SHAPER FOR SPONSORING THIS POST.
Family trips are something I always cherish and look forward to during school breaks or long weekends. It’s a time where we make memories so our children remember the fun moments they’ve had as a family when they were little. Of course, as the mama bear, I am always the one to pack for everyone, and I am not complaining because this Mama loves to pack! Sometimes I could unintentionally put myself least in the list of whom to pack for and forget the important things I need to pack for myself. For this family trip, I decided to pack my bag first and interestingly... I finished my packing duties a lot faster this way! Two of the most needed items whenever I travel are hoodies and comfortable socks. It's interesting to think about how something little as socks can make an impact to how our days are like. We are mostly spending our time outside when we travel and wearing the right socks is crucial to all the walking we do.
WE ATTENDED THIS EVENT AS A FAMILY FELD AMBASSADOR, ALL FUN FACTOR AND THOUGHTS IS OUR OWN!
This past weekend was my son's seventh birthday and he is one who LOVES monster trucks! He went to a monster jam once before with his papa a couple of years ago in Portland. This time though, the whole family attended this event and its at the Tacoma Dome. This is a fun family event that isn't one to miss and its fun for boys and girls. It's the best time of the year again! My family and I love the cold and the snow, which surprised us on a beautiful Sunday morning. It was like Elsa and her friends gave us a hint the previous day on what's coming to our neighborhood. Every year we attend the show and every year the kids always enjoy it! We attended the Disney On Ice: Follow Your Heart event in Kent at the ShoWare center and it was an amazing show with all of my kids' favorite characters. What a wonderful time it is when we vacation with our children. It's joy, its wonder, and it's magic! On our second Disneyland visit, we hopped on over to California Adventure to have a what seemed to be a more relaxed Disney visit. Speaking of visits, we found Mickey! Since we were super prepared with our Autograph books, the kids was able to receive a few autographs from their favorite Disney characters! I have to say though, Mimi only wanted a picture with Minnie Mouse. If it's not Minnie Mouse, there will be a frown! Ha!
Disneyland is definitely a must during our Road Trip To California spring break! We have planned for two days of Disney magical fun. Both my husband and I have not been here since we were youngens, so this was a new and fun experience for all of us! We also believed that our kids are the perfect age to enjoy most attractions in exception of Mimi who might be a bit short.
During our Spring break trip... you know, between all the Disneyland hopping, Legoland exploring, and all the sightseeing, we were able to visit the beach at least once. Okay, so it WASN'T swimsuit and tanning friendly type of beach day but we totally made the most of it. Luckily, there was a playground for our kiddos to enjoy. I love how the Seal Beach has so many climbing type of play structures because my children love, love, LOVE to climb.
Ahh.... Spring break! The time when time and worries no longer applies. Sunshine and exploring with the family is everything I could ask for after a long hiatus of sun in the Washington state. Something about California just makes my heart so happy! Our first stop in our spring break was San Fransisco and of course we would have to visit the Golden Gate Bride!
