It's somewhat easy and difficult to just plan a little outdoor session with my kids. Easy in the sense that it's just a little day out at the park to enjoy the sun, but difficult to pack and plan for it. Gotta love parent life, there is never a dull moment! I'm sharing my must have items for a day out in the sun to help moms like it make it easier to plan for activities. Less is more! But honestly though, even it is less items that we bring, it somehow feels like a lot? What do you think?
Super be is their largest unstructured tote from Jujube that can be used for many different things. For example, it's AWESOME for a reusable grocery bag but in this case, this large tote is so easy to use because you can fit almost anything in there. This is also waterproof which makes it perfect for the mess you know you will have. I also love how it has three front pockets and a keyfob to prevent losing your keys in the midst of all the crazy packing! The middle front pocket is zippered, so you can store your wallet and phone safely.
The Bebe Au Lait playmat is one that is my most loved item for enjoying a day out like this. It is a round mat that can be used from birth to elementary age! It can be used for two people comfortably like for you and kiddo, or multiple kids. My three kids can sit on there for a quick snack between playing. It's nice to have a clean mat to sit on instead of the grass. It would be find if you live in a warmer area, but in Washington at the moment it is sunny surprisingly, but misty so the grass are a little damp! This playmat can be folded and secured and has a handle for easy transporting!
The ZoLi Squeak water bottle is a 10 oz water bottle that is a really great size for your preschooler or younger. It definitely quenches the thirst that the little one has! They also have another bigger size that is called the PIP and it is a 18 oz water bottle. I love, love these water bottles because they are very lightweight and it has a handle at the top for them to hold when transferring. The Pip is a great size for elementary school and adults!
Do you see Mimi's bunny trying to eat out of the snack stack? Haha! These snack towers are called Sumo because like the name describes, it is a jumbo snack stack. These are perfect for a longer day out or for a kiddo who is a snack monster like mine. There are three stackable containers and many colors to choose from. These also have a handle at the top for easy transporting or to attach to your stroller! I love how Zoli thinks of us moms and dads!
This item may not be packed in your bag or for your hand to carry, but I love wearing my hoodies in a day out like this. This specific style called the Macy in Crabapple is not only so comfortable, but it is gorgeous and compliments my Super Be SO WELL! Do you see all the Dot dot dot? How many dots? Numerous like the stars in the sky! On a sunny day that is prone to have chilly winds also, a somewhat lightweight hoodie is a must. I say somewhat because this isn't very thick like a normal sweater and not so lightweight that it feels like a regular long sleeve, but somewhere in the middle. I am in love with the color, so perfect for the Spring months and if you're like me, you pair everything with leggings. Can you blame me? Anyway, This hoodie has thumb holes so when it does get chilly, the extra warmth on your hands from the sweater is awesome. I love these because my hands can stay warm while having fingers available to help my crazy kids with everything since apparently they ALWAYS ask for help for things they already know what to do.. like putting on shoes. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and until next time!
